This project targets the municipality’s youth, aiming to encourage their social and civic participation, making them responsible for finding proactive solutions for themselves and their problems, but also for solving local community challenges (seeking the common good), promoting volunteer work.

The project includes specific training oriented to personal and professional development, directing the skills achieved to volunteer activities to be carried out in associations in the municipality. Associations and young people involved are associates of the Óbidos Hub, thus promoting stable relationships of collaboration and potential employment.
